Hi Stan,

Thank you for bringing such a deep and profound issue to AvC.

This topic will strain some but will ultimately flush the crap.

Separate the men from the boys and the women from girls so to speak :-).

Now, let's examine the Problem of Shit in the world...

According to Wikipedia:

"the *problem of shit* is the problem of reconciling the existence
of shit or constipation in the world with the existence of
God<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God>
.[1] <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Problem_of_evil#cite_note-0> The problem
is most often discussed in the context of the personal
god<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_god> of
the Abrahamic religions <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abrahamic_religion>,
but is also relevant to
polytheistic<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polytheistic> traditions
involving many gods <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deity>."

How does one reconcile the existence of shit with the existence of an
omnipotent god who presumably should be able to eliminate shit permanently
from our planet thus eliminating the elimination problem as well as the shit
problem?

Why does god refuse to do this?

According to Epiconstipatus, who presented the Epiconstipatus  paradox the
problem can be defined as follows:

""Either God wants to abolish shit, and cannot; or he can, but does not want
to. If he wants to, but cannot, he is incontinent. If he can, but does not
want to, he is shitty. If God can abolish shit, and God really wants to do
it, why is there shit in the world?" — Epiconstipatus

Now I've just delved superficially into the Problem of Shit and introduced
the Elimination Problem.

I'm sure that a great philosophical mind such as yours will want to dig
deeper into the outhouse of yours and other minds on this critical question.

In conclusion, I'd just like to say, that the Problem of Shit and the
Problem of Christian Shitting are closely tied to the Elimination Problem in
Theoidiocy.

Now, let's see the shit hit the fan ...  ;-)
