I need to load ESRI shape file (.shp)  file to c#.net form.Can you

Look into an OLE container.  This will allow you to load the .shp into
that and edit it using the native application within the OLE
container.

 Actually .shp files are map files so u can use map component
for web application you  can use aspmap3.0 tool (you  can download 40 days
free trail from vds techonologis).The tool gives examples of how shape file
are embedded to image

I would suggest to use free open-source components: SharpMap or
MapWindow, etc.
