I would disagree with that statement in principle. Good programming is
a way of life and requires not just knowledge to choose the best
suited method to accomplish a task, but the foresight to handle
unexpected conditions and allow for code resuability as well as the
consideration to make your code readable by others. (to mention a few)
IMHO, Good programming is not learned, but is inculcated through
conscious effort like a good habit.
