blog is blocked - HELP - URGENT

I found this one day on my blog when i was trying to login -

I did as instructed - waited and no results -

this has been going on now for over two months and getting ridiculous

I have attempted to clear this matter up but still no answer from you
guys -

Reposting this because no one answered from september and I could not

i have an old blogger profile created Sept 2006, it does not have any
blogs. I have no idea if it was ever upgraded to google account or
not.
i don't know the user name or the email address associated with it.

I can't access my blog and I'm upset because I have no way of telling
google/blogger. I get an error when I fill out the help form because
it does not recognize my blog's url. I'm desperate for some kind of
communication. I've tried five different times and searched in every
area of blogger to try. I don't know what to do. Help!!!!

Timeout when logging in with private IP

I have a Novatel Ovation mobile high speed wireless device to access
the internet, and am unable to log on to [link]. I get a time
out error every time. I am also unable to get to the comments on any
blogspot.com blog, although I can read the blogs. Rogers (the
provider) helpdesk told me to ask if Blogger.com allows private IP

Incomplete Setup of Adsence

Hello, I caused a problem when I was setting up Adsence.

I got to the page where it shows you the colors and has your ID and
you are suppose to click Save ~ at the bottom ... but I didn't ~ I
clicked my Back Arrow. The previous page wasn't there ... and
indicated that I needed to Refresh. I did but the previous page did

I've been using google as my login account for blogger but recently I
got another account for gmail (which i then realise it's linked with
blogger)

I want to have my whole blog shifted to the new gmail account...If
not it keeps prompting me for login again.. (as i open my mail and
blogger at the same time- and they each belong to differrent account)

Clear both cache and cookies, restart the browser, and login with the
Yahoo account again.
