My eye doc is trying me out in some macrolens contacts and I just got the first try today. The surprising thing is that the vision is simply not good. Can a person get MORE nearsighted suddenly?

(I'm waiting for my ophthalmologist to call back.) This is weird. When I put on my contacts (distance, far-sighted, astigmatism) early this morning (5:00 am) things in the house seemed OK, but distance stuff (freeway signs, etc.) were fuzzy. Night glare after optometrist visit

Hi, The optometrist put eye drops in my eyes during my last visit. 2 drops in each eye. I had the ususal after effects of lights being brighter than normal, and flaring of headlights. But even the next whole week I still had problems with headlights "flaring" at night (although not as bad as initially).... more »
