Modern meds only drug that cures anything is antibiotics and vitamin C does

Extreme adrenal rushes after exercising

What could cause an adrenaline rush during exercise? Especially
intense exercises (many muscle groups involved, especially the
abdomen). It feels like adrenaline. My bp goes up, heart rate doubles
and I feel flush. It goes away after a few seconds if I quickly sit
down or take a beta blocker. But then I can’t exercise for awhile.

Linoleic and linolenic acids cannot be synthesised in animal tissues
and must be obtained from the diet, i.e. ultimately from plants.
There is an absolute requirement for these 'essential fatty acids' for
